5.2 Upon receiving a chargeback request, the Casino will notify the account owner via the email address associated with the account. If the account owner fails to respond, two additional reminders will be sent. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the refunded amount for each notification issued.
5.3 If during the processing of a chargeback request the user’s account is blocked and the user:
- has not loFSed into his account for 6 consecutive months,
- has not confirmed his identity, payment method, and details for returning unused funds, the Casino reserves the right to debit the remaining funds from the inactive account in its favor.
